Services are contracted directly with AXESSIBLE TECHNOLOGIES, SL. The Client may be a company (B2B) or an end consumer (B2C). All listed prices include or exclude VAT depending on the type of client: B2C (individuals), a 21% VAT applies; B2B (companies with a valid intra-community VAT number), the reverse charge mechanism will be applied.

This right does not apply to business clients (B2B), as the consumer protection regulations established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU refer exclusively to end consumers (individuals acting outside the scope of their business or professional activity). The consumer client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 5 calendar days of the agreement, unless they expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service. Axessible provides monthly reports and documentation generated by these partners, but does not offer legal representation in the event of claims.
