Axessible processes personal data for the following purposes:

2.1. Main service purposes

  • Creating and managing the user's account.

  • Providing access to the dashboard where users can upload videos, apply accessibility tools, and export outputs.

  • Authenticating the user via email/password or Google OAuth.

  • Processing videos, subtitles, transcripts, and any uploaded content.

  • Displaying basic user information within their dashboard.

  • Associating the user’s account with their company and/or website when this information is voluntarily provided, in order to personalize the service and link activity to their organization.

2.2. Communications

  • Sending service-related communications.

  • Sending commercial or informational communications when consent or applicable legal basis exists.

2.3. Internal management and support

  • Responding to user requests and inquiries.

  • Performing internal statistical analysis.

  • Improving the performance and security of the platform.

3. Categories of Data Processed

3.1. Identifying information

  • Last name (if applicable)

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Performance of a contract: to deliver the Axessible service.

  • Consent: commercial communications, Google OAuth login.

  • Legitimate interest: internal analytics, service improvement, fraud prevention, and security.

    • Hosting providers

    • Video and accessibility technologies

    • Internal technical support services

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Axessible ensures that:

  • Electronic communications

  • Content uploaded to the platform

Axessible does not process special categories of data unless the user voluntarily includes them within their videos.

10. Data Security

We apply appropriate security measures, such as:

  • Encrypted communications

  • Restricted access

  • Backups

  • Secure processing through APIs

  • Security monitoring

11. Processing of Google Data (Google User Data) – OAuth Compliance

When the user signs in with Google, Axessible only accesses the minimum data required.

11.1. Data collected from Google

  • First name

  • Email address

We do not access contacts, Drive, files, calendars, or any other Google services.

11.2. Purpose

  • Authenticating the user

  • Creating their account

  • Displaying their name in the dashboard

  • Associating their account with their email address

Not used for marketing or external analytics.

11.3. Storage

  • Axessible stores only the user’s name and email.

  • OAuth tokens are not permanently stored.

  • No additional Google data is accessed without user action.

11.4. Sharing

  • Google data is not shared with third parties.

  • External providers act only as data processors for technical processing of the service.

11.5. Deletion

When an account is deleted:

  • All personal information is removed

  • All videos, subtitles, and configurations are deleted

  • No Google information is retained beyond legal obligations

11.6. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Axessible guarantees:

  • No sale of data

  • No use of data for advertising

  • No use of data to train AI models

  • No access to additional Google data

  • No sharing with third parties for their own purposes

We comply with Google API Services policies and Google APIs Terms of Service.

12. Updates

This policy may be updated due to legal or technical reasons. The latest version will always be available on the websites listed above.
